It had no parish church of its own. The first place of worship was a non-conformist meeting house, possibly as early as 1657.<\/p>\n<p>These pages show how the growth and development of Peckham and Nunhead is reflected in the establishment and change of use of the many places of worship.<\/p>\n<p>The places of worship on each page are in approximate chronological order.
